A Swiss notary public has today approved the conversion of various loans to a total value of SEK 8’535’136 into 398’367 shares in line with existing conversion agreements.
Five out of six lenders converted at SEK 22 per share. The sixth lender, which awarded the loan already in June 2017, converted at SEK 21 per share.
The total number of registered Talkpool shares will after this emission increase to 6’778’097 shares. All shares are tradeable on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Talkpool shares are also traded on the Frankfurt Stock exchange.
